This year, the focus is on the freshness and balance of wines! Lamothe-Abiet is introducing new specific solutions to meet consumer demand for fresher wines. Discover our new products now!

 

  • Excellence® X-FRESH : This Lachancea thermotolerans yeast (non-Saccharomyces) has been selected for its natural acidifying properties, allowing to improve freshness and reduce alcohol content in wines.

 

 

  • Excellence® CHD : Specific yeast for Chardonnay winemaking, selected in partnership with IFV (Institut Français de la Vigne et du Vin).

 

  • Bacteria XTREM : Œnococcus œni selected for its efficiency under difficult fermentation conditions. It allows the malolactic fermentation to be carried out on all types of wines and can be directly inoculated.

 

  • Œnozym® Red Expression :  This enzyme allows the extraction of polysaccharides and aromatic precursors, thus increasing fresh and fruity character as well as volume and sweetness to red wines.

 

  • GreenFine® Nature : Excellent alternative to PVPP, it offers the synergy of yeast derivatives combined with pea protein to intensify the quality of the fining and preserve the volume in mouth, in compliance with organic specifications.
