In light of this, we are pleased to introduce you to our new yeast Excellence® Celsius, the result of several years of research. It plays a role as an alternative to help face the challenges from climate change.

Excellence® Celsius is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae selected for its capacity to decrease the alcohol content and conserve wines’ acidity.
