- Excellence® Rosé: yeast selected for its high capacity to consume SO2 and its low production of undesirable compounds during alcoholic fermentation (acetaldehydes and sulphur compounds). Its ability to reveal rich and intense aromatic profile.
- L.A Spumante: levure destinée à l’élaboration des vins effervescents en méthode Charmat pour produire des vins aromatiques et faciles à boire.
- Excellence® Finisher: specific strain to restart alcoholic fermentation combining a strong fructophilic capacity and a very good fermentative resistance.
- Manno’Gom: formulation of plant polysaccharides and yeast parietal extract (mannoproteins) rich in sapid peptide. Participates in colloidal stabilisation.
- Oenoflow Max: formulation mixte d’enzymes pectolytiques issues d’Aspergillus niger et de β-glucanase issue de Trichoderma harzanium, pour l’amélioration de la filtrabilité des vins et des moûts.
- Oenozym Thermo: preparation of pectolytic enzymes, from Aspergillus niger, for the clarification of thermo-treated musts.
