Mix of potassium pyrosulfite (E501ii) and potassium hydrogenocarbonate (E 224)

Effervescent enological tablet for adding sulfite to musts and wines. Practical and odourless.

1 tablet of Coeff 2 releases 2 g of SO₂ (pure sulphur dioxide).
