GOMME L.A. BIO is a new-generation instantly dissolving arabic gum for rapid, total dissolution in water or wine. It acts as a protective colloid: stabilizing against color precipitation, reducing the risk of metallic (cupric, ferric) or protein haze, increasing the effectiveness of metatartaric acid for tartaric stabilization of wines. SO2-free.
Thanks to its organic botanical origin and the absence of specific treatments, this gum is organic certified.
