Contributes to the colloidal structure of the wine to prevent potential haze formation, preserving the clarity of the wine and improving its organoleptic qualities. Vinogom^® BIO adds volume and roundness to the wine. SO₂-free.

Thanks to its organic botanical origin and the absence of specific treatments, this gum is organic certified.
