Ammonium sulfate (E517) and thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamine B1)
To ensure a good start to the alcoholic fermentation, the yeast must have all the nutritional elements that they require for their multiplication and fermentary metabolism, including thiamine and assimilable nitrogen.
The must does not always contain enough of these elements, making it necessary to add them. Vitaferment® helps to ensure the availability of these nutrients. It promotes yeast multiplication at the beginning of the fermentation, thus limiting problems during the fermentation.
