Potassium bicarbonate
Chemically pure potassium bicarbonate (KHCO3)
Product used for deacidifying musts and wines. Adding potassium ions causes salification of free tartaric acid, forming calcium tartrate.
This product is allowed for a use in Organic according to the current regulations. See certificate.
