Gomme arabique LA
Filtered solution of selected arabic gum
 
                    Gomme arabique L.A. is produced through rigorous selection of the best quality gum arabics, exclusively from the botanical species Acacia verek. It has a colloid protector effect, stabilising wines against colour matter precipitations, decreasing the risk of metal (copper or iron) or protein hazes, and increasing the effectiveness of metatartaric acid for tartrate stabilisation.
This product is allowed for a use in NOP according to the current regulations. See certificate.
