Vinozym® Process is a unique enzymatic solution to optimize juice extraction on all types of grapes. When used on red grapes, Vinozym® Process favors a higher release of coloring compounds, quality tannins and polysaccharides.

Vinozym® Process is a purified enzyme, thus limiting the risk of aromatic deviations.
