Liquid formulation of purified pectolytic enzymes for must clarification and maceration
Vinozym® Ultra FCE is a liquid enzymatic formulation for the maceration and clarification of white and rosé wines. Better yield of quality juices, ease of pressing, rapid clarification and extraction of aromatic precursors are all advantages to produce high quality wines.
To be noted, Vinozym® Ultra FCE is a purified enzyme, thus limiting the risk of aromatic deviations.
This product is allowed for a use in Organic and NOP according to the current regulations. See the certificate.
