Blankasit Super

With a similar pH to wine, and a high electrostatic strength, Blanket Super is very reactive in wine. It has shown itself to be very effective for clarifying viscous wines with high amounts of clogging colloids. When used with a protein based fining agent, Blankasit Super facilitates flocculation and accelerates sedimentation on all types of wine.

It improves wines’ organoleptic characteristics especially for underripe or unhealthy grapes.
