100 % fungal chitosan (from Aspergillus Niger) in powder form
KillBrett® is a natural, vegan, allergen free product made from 100% fungal chitosan (extracted from Aspergillus niger). Its ability to reduce microbial populations has been widely documented.
KillBrett® is easy to use and effective at dosages as low as 4 g/hL. It can be used to significantly decrease the population of undesirable microorganisms, such as Brettanomyces, and to prevent their negative impacts.
