Liquid formulation of pectolytic enzymes for must maceration
VinoCrush® Classic is an extraction enzyme that improves the maceration and extraction of red and white grapes. When used at the press for white grapes, and during maceration for red grapes, it increases must/wine yield and greatly contributes to clarification.
