Vintage FCE
Granulated formulation of purified pectolytic enzymes for the maceration of red grapes
Thanks to its unique composition, Vinozym® Vintage FCE considerably improves the color extraction of red wines and their stability over time.
Vinozym® Vintage FCE also leads to more structured and supple wines, without increasing astringency. This unique enzymatic preparation extracts soft tannins from the skin and polysaccharides from the pulp, greatly improving the organoleptic profile of the wine.
Finally, Vinozym® Vintage FCE is a purified enzyme, thus limiting the risk of aromatic deviations.
