Solution of gum arabic and Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast mannoproteins
Subli’Sense® is produced using gum arabic and mannoproteins from selected yeasts, to improve wines’ colloidal stability and organoleptic qualities:
- Increases smoothness
- Surrounds tannins
- Improves softness and length on the palate
