Liquid formulation of pectolytic enzymes for must clarification
VinoClear® Classic is a pectolytic enzyme particularly adapted for the clarification of musts of all grape varieties and qualities. Its concentrated formulation combined with its high activity at low (5°C) and high temperatures (60°C), give it a unique polyvalent use on the oenological enzyme market.
This product is allowed for a use in Organic and NOP according to the current regulations. See the certificate.
