Œnobois® Stick is the reference for oak alternatives. Based on a concept which allies the innovation of the shape (22 mm x 90 cm) and the traditional toasting, Œnobois® Stick gives organoleptic results very close to those obtained by using barrels.

  • HighLight toast: Fruity notes – Natural structure
  • Medium toast: Gourmand (caramel, vanilla & speculos) – Silky texture on the palate
  • Medium + toast: Aromatic persistance and complexity – Intense notes of toasted almond and mocha
